When selling our home we interviewed three agents. Lori & Starr were the most interested in knowing our home and not just putting a sign in the yard. They took the time to walk up and down the street and around the entire property asking questions about the neighborhood and listening to us describe our home. We knew that when they were showing our house they were going to be as passionate about it as we were because they took the time to get to know it. They were very knowledgeable about electronic marketing opportunities and had a full marketing plan ready from day one. Having a "team" was a positive for us also when choosing a realtor. There was always someone available to communicate with and it was easier for them to work around our schedule because of their own flexibility. Even during a difficult time in real estate we had an offer within 100 days and closed within 120 days. Our only disappointment was that we couldn´t bring them with us to Maryland. Lori & Starr did an excellent job and we highly recommend them for anyone´s real estate needs.-
